Role summary

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for establishing and implementing marketing campaigns as part of a fully integrated marketing strategy. You will oversee the performance and management of primary channels, including online marketing, email, social media, channel and sales enablement, events, SEO, PR and content. You will also assist with overall enterprise communications.


Responsibilities

  • Define marketing campaign strategy in line with Company goals, including revenue targets, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention/satisfaction

  • Manage budgets and dependencies as part of the integrated marketing process

  • Maintain a high level of creative output from original ideas while maintaining brand consistency

  • Collaborate with product/sales to define and position Appspace in the market

  • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to produce appropriate marketing collateral to maximize go-to-market strategies

  • Actively participate in new business planning

  • Drive the development and execution of advertising programs

  • Establish and track key performance indicators, and identify improvements for optimizing messaging, go-to-market strategies, and lead generation activities

  • Deliver regular performance updates and analysis to management

  • Research and analyze the market to become an expert on product buyers, competitive offerings and positions, market trends, competitive strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities


Experience, skills, and education

  • Bachelors and in Marketing and 10+ years proven multi-channel marketing experience including at least 3-5 years leading demand generation within a software company

  • Prior experience building and leading a high performance marketing team

  • Demonstrated success in both analytically rigorous online/offline marketing

  • Experience developing and driving operational strategy and excellence throughout the marketing process, identifying and adopting best practices to optimize performance

  • Experience developing email marketing campaigns, digital and content marketing, web marketing and SEO/SEM

  • Experience operating in a high growth technology environment

  • Previous experience with Marketing Automation, and CRM software (Salesforce).

  • Outstanding analytical ability and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze data and pipeline reports while identifying the next steps to address any gaps or weaknesses

  • Must demonstrate strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices that apply to Company’s target market

  • Strategic thinker with capacity to execute on a detailed level with a passion for success

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects

  • Knowledge and experience in successful inbound and social media marketing

  • Professional acumen with strong leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude, able to execute independently in fast paced environment
